Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a seasoned Project Contract Manager to lead contract management across major projects in our global energy programs.

You will ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation and commercial optimisation from bid through project execution. With 15+ years in contract management (including Claims, EPCI and subcontracting) and a degree or MBA in Business, Law or Engineering, you will shape contracting strategies, drive performance, and maintain auditability across the project

Qualifications

• Alliance and contract management across large multi-discipline projects.
• Ability to identify contractual risk and drive mitigation strategies.
• Experience with EPCI, subcontracts, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management support for major projects across Supply Chain and Subcontracting.
• Develop contracting strategies and ensure compliance and auditability.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements and expedite deliverables.
