Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in contract management including claims and subcontract management.
• Experience with sales and lease contracts and contract negotiations.
• Experience interfacing with project execution teams and managing contractual risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
• Develop contracting strategies including sub-contracts & supply chain.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and maintain auditability.
• Provide input to risk and opportunities management throughout the project life cycle.
• Support contract feedback and guarantee period management.
