Booking.com is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the CBO Office to lead Priority Programs with executive sponsorship and cross-department collaboration. You will ensure strategy translates into effective execution, with sharp program governance and a focus on AI adoption, platform modernization, and revenue growth.

The role requires 5–10 years of senior program management experience in global organizations, strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multiple strategic programs in global, commercial organizations.
• Experience steering cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership (VP/SVP level).
• Ability to translate strategy into executable program plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Priority Programs (80%), including planning, governance and execution.
• Manage stakeholders with executive sponsor and business owners to ensure objectives are met.
• Shape ways of working to improve cross-department collaboration and program impact.
• Provide thought leadership to raise program standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and elevate the Project & Program Management community within Booking.com.
