With 5+ years in Product Ownership, you bring public-sector experience and strong Dutch-English communication. Expect hybrid work, IESAFE/PSPO certs, and collaboration with major clients.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience within the public sector (financial domain is a plus).
• At least an HBO degree (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar).
• PSPO I and SAFe certification (PSPO II & III is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, and Confluence.
• Proactive and independent working style.

Aufgaben

• Develop and safeguard the product vision and translate it into a clear roadmap.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog so teams continuously deliver maximum value.
• Work closely with clients, business teams, and developers.
• Provide substantive direction to (DevOps) teams toward product objectives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and concrete solutions.
• Guide products from idea to production and further development.
