Job summary

Amoria Bond in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and rollout of a B2B CRM platform across multiple brands. You will bridge business, implementation, and development teams, owning backlog, priorities and the roadmap.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager to structure a complex programme and ensure phased delivery, including UAT and cross-brand rollout, with a delivery-focused, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar software/platform development role.
• Proven experience managing complex product backlogs and implementation programmes.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into clear and actionable PBIs.
• Ability to break down complex projects into manageable, valuable steps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Structured, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive “get things done” attitude.
• Comfortable working closely with development teams without being their manager.
• Experience with B2B software implementations is an advantage.

• Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

The role
