Job summary

Puzzel is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we bring products to market. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Marketing, translating product value into clear messaging, positioning and GTM strategies that drive adoption and growth.

This senior role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence product direction, commercial success and market perception across multiple European markets including the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Proven success owning GTM strategies and product launches.
• Experience shaping a suite of products beyond features.
• Strong messaging skills and ability to simplify complexity.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging and positioning across key products and segments.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for launches and updates.
• Create enablement materials and drive adoption with sales.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, personas and buyer journeys.
• Translate insights into market-fit improvements and GTM execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor moves.
