Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager for a fast-growing HealthTech product. You will shape ad concepts for international audiences, primarily on Meta platforms, working closely with designers and editors to turn insights into compelling campaigns.

You will research competitors, craft persuasive copy, and test different messaging angles while optimizing campaign effectiveness across markets in Europe and the US. Fully remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of marketing, advertising, copywriting, content creation or creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop persuasive, audience-focused messages.
• Experience creating advertising concepts, campaign ideas, or marketing strategies.
• Ability to research competitors and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytics with a test-and-improve mindset.
• Good understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience with international markets, especially US or Europe.
• Health, wellness, lifestyle or self-improvement experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative advertising concepts for paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research competitors, market trends, and high-performing ads in health and wellness.
• Create concepts for video and image ads, including UGC formats.
• Write hooks, headlines, ad copy, and messaging for different audiences.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate concepts and angles.
• Analyze creative performance and recommend data-informed improvements.
• Develop new product positioning ideas and adapt concepts across markets.
