Job summary

Guerlain in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Marketing team and drive product strategy for the Dutch market. You will report to the Brand General Manager of The Netherlands and oversee the product management function, coordinating with Sales, Education, and Events to execute launches and optimize assortment.

You will manage innovation plans, pricing, budget and cross-functional collaboration with Europe Marketing, ensuring successful activations and compelling market

• Coordinate with sales, education, and events managers on product releases.
• Develop distribution strategy and activation plans for strategic launches.
• Monitor performance, budget, and market requests across Europe.
