Guerlain is seeking a Traveling Beauty Consultant to act as brand ambassador across Netherlands retail partners, driving sell-out and delivering exceptional customer experiences in fragrance, skincare, and make-up.

You will coach in-store staff, ensure Guerlain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and report on events to the Sales Manager. Fluent Dutch and English, five years in luxury cosmetics sales, and a valid driving license are required. 32 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Proven experience 5 years in sales, preferably within the luxury cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel across the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday; Driving license B required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct sales and customer engagement across Fragrance, Skincare, and Make-up; visit multiple retail points in NL.
• Coach and motivate in-store sales associates through mini-trainings at displays.
• Maintain Guerlain merchandising guidelines and ensure attractive counter presentation; monitor testers, stock, and cleanliness.
• Prepare and evaluate sell-out days/events and provide reports to Sales Manager; collaborate on in-store marketing initiatives.

Position Summary: As a Traveling Beauty Consultant for Guerlain, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, responsible for driving sell-out performance and enhancing the customer experience across designated retail points in the Netherlands. This role focuses on direct sales and customer engagement across fragrance, skincare, and make-up categories, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while embodying Guerlain's values. The Travelling Beauty Consultant will also play a crucial role in coaching and motivating in-store sales associates, ensuring impeccable merchandising, and managing inventory.

• Direct Sales & Customer Engagement:
• Actively advise, demonstrate, and sell Guerlain products to consumers across all three axes (Fragrance, Skincare, Make-up).
• Regularly visit assigned retail points across the Netherlands, ensuring an increased frequency of visits to key strategic POS, to maximize sales performance and brand visibility.
• Proactively increase direct consumer contact and strengthen brand loyalty for Guerlain.
• Drive and achieve established daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out targets.
• Consistently embody Guerlain's values to both consumers and sales associates.
• In-Store Sales Associates Coaching & Engagement:
• Coach and motivate in-store sales associates on Guerlain products through 1-on-1 mini-training at the display.
• Ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional, memorable, and personalized customer experience in line with Guerlain's standards.
• Foster engagement with retail points Sales Associates to support long-term sales performance and service excellence.
• In-Store Brand Image and Retail Excellence
  • Implement and maintain Guerlain merchandising guidelines, optimizing product visibility and counter presentation in retail points.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Guerlain make-up displays in all visited retail locations.
  • Verify the availability and proper presentation of testers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, especially bestsellers, within the Guerlain assortment and ensure optimal stock presence.
  • Adhere strictly to Guerlain's grooming guidelines, representing the brand with elegance and professionalism.
• Reporting & Collaboration:
• Prepare and evaluate sell-out days/events, providing comprehensive reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute in-store events and marketing initiatives.
• Provide weekly feedback to Guerlain headquarters regarding consumer insights and competitor activities observed in the field.
• Complete various reports, including planning, sales figures, and event outcomes.

Proven experience 5 years in sales, preferably within the luxury cosmetics or beauty industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
