Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in training and events, preferably in luxury retail or fragrance.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with budget experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver trainings for internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and run brand events, PR, masterclasses and VIC events across the Netherlands.
• Coordinate logistics, venue, catering and guest lists.
• Monitor budgets and report cost/benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Represent Guerlain with professional luxury standards and travel as required.
