Guerlain is seeking a Trainer and Events Manager to elevate brand expertise and drive engagement across the Netherlands. You will design and deliver comprehensive trainings for internal teams and external partners, ensuring deep product knowledge and brand values are communicated consistently.

You will also plan and execute a range of brand events, including PR, masterclasses, and VIC events, while managing logistics and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in training and event management in luxury retail or beauty.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Ability to travel across the Netherlands.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver trainings for internal teams and external partners.
• Plan, coordinate and execute brand events across the Netherlands.
• Manage logistics, venues, catering, guest lists and brand guidelines.
• Oversee on-site event management and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
