Job summary

AirHub is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own three drone-focused products, guiding their strategy, roadmaps, and evolution. You will partner with engineering and commercial teams to deliver a cohesive product vision in a remote-first, startup environment with optional Groningen or Den Haag offices.

You will drive customer discovery, shape pricing and positioning, and champion a product-led approach across the organization. Experience in aviation or drone tech is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with end-to-end ownership of B2B SaaS.
• Proven impact on growth, retention, adoption and revenue through product decisions.
• Strong ability to articulate product direction across engineering, sales and leadership.
• Customer discovery driven, able to translate signals into strategy.
• Experience working with a CTO or CPO in a scale-up environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle across three products from ideation to scaling.
• Define and maintain a compelling product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead deep customer discovery to uncover latent needs and opportunities.
• Build and own a ruthlessly prioritised roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Drive product-led thinking across engineering, sales and leadership.
• Shape product marketing, positioning and packaging with commercial teams.
• Establish processes and a product culture that scales with the team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to balance trade-offs and ensure quality.
