Job summary

AirHub B.V. is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Engineer to bridge customers and products. You will fly drones, run missions with clients, onboard new teams, and capture insights to improve our software.

The role blends field work and remote collaboration across Europe, with travel to customer sites as needed. Based in the Netherlands, you will join a remote‑first, yet hybrid team and report to the Head of Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Drone pilot licence (A1/A3 + A2) is a hard requirement.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer success, technical support, field engineering or similar hands‑on role.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Become a deep expert on AirHub product family and related apps.
• Test products in real operational environments in NL and abroad.
• Onboard new customers from kickoff to training.
• Provide first‑line support and help customers fly confidently.
• Travel with customers to sites and observe how they use the software.
• Capture feedback and turn it into improvements, helpcenter articles, and product input.
