Job summary

DeltaQuad in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and deliver complex technical projects related to our UAV platforms. You ensure multidisciplinary teams work efficiently to move new technologies from concept to deployment.

The role requires a degree in engineering or a related field and 4–7 years of PM experience in a technical environment. You will manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations with a focus on quality and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
• 4–7 years of PM experience in technical/high-tech environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product development.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or similar.
• Experience in aerospace, UAVs, defence or robotics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary technical projects from concept to delivery
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Monitor progress, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, production, supply chain, and external partners
• Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and project teams
• Track performance and report status to leadership
• Support product development cycles including prototyping, testing, certification, and production readiness
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and tools
• Maintain transparent documentation and reporting
