Job summary

bol.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Asset Management to lead the DAM team within APPA, part of Core I. You will shape the asset pipeline for millions of product images, videos and documents, ensuring quality, compliance and scalable delivery across bol's commerce journey.

You will collaborate with advertising, marketing and content teams to define reusable capabilities for metadata, moderation and governance, enabling AI-powered experiences and future content domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling vision for Digital Asset Management and content capabilities across bol.
• Own the strategy for today's product asset ecosystem while preparing the platform for tomorrow's content domains.
• Identify common problems across business domains and translate them into reusable platform capabilities.
• Balance local use case requests with scalable and reusable investments.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology domains around shared outcomes and priorities.
• Translate abstract strategic opportunities into concrete roadmaps, outcomes and execution plans.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions for asset creation, metadata extraction, enrichment, moderation and governance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Leverage the deep expertise of the team while maintaining clear ownership, focus and scope boundaries.
• Influence decisions across organizational boundaries and create alignment without formal authority.
