Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Internal Developer Platform to lead a key stream of platform evolution. You will drive automation, reduce cognitive load, and ensure the platform scales with our global engineering footprint.

You will collaborate with IDP engineering to prioritise AGENTS.md standards, RAG pipelines, and MCP servers, while balancing innovation with reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the SDLC by reducing CI flakiness and improving build insights.
• Own product lifecycle management, deprecations, and adoption paths for core tools.
• Bridge AI models with Adyen architecture; roll out MCP servers for internal tools like GitLab and Jira.
• Create LEGO-block style abstractions to empower teams to own pipelines and releases with guardrails.
• Track ROI with DXI, Change Failure Rate, and developer velocity.
