Job summary

Toptal, a global network of top talent, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-driven products on our remote platform. You will own end-to-end product discovery, collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers, and translate platform capabilities into customer- and talent-facing experiences.

You should have 5+ years in software product management, a technical background, and a track record of launching mobile, desktop, and web apps in fast-paced, distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software product management.
• End-to-end product development experience.
• Experience with AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile team to deliver AI-driven product capabilities.
• Define scope and prioritise features; write user stories.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers.
• Translate AI capabilities into customer-facing experiences.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
