Job summary

Secfi is redefining private wealth management for employees and executives with equity. We’re seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to own large, complex scope—Maeve, AI planners, and core equity planning tools.

You’ll build the vision, defend it, and guide a cross-functional team across Amsterdam and NYC teams every week. Location is Amsterdam, three days a week with remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Senior product experience (6+ years) with real scope and shipping.
• Proven ability in unstructured, high-ownership environments.
• Strong analytical reasoning and comfort with complexity.
• Track record of high performance in ambitious teams.
• Experience with AI tools and agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define AI planner strategy and capabilities.
• Own equity planning tools and financing experiences.
• Run real discovery with customers and data.
• Write clear specs and partner with design/engineering.
• Maintain pace while shipping incremental and transformational work.
• Shape roadmap for a new category.
