Job summary

Secfi is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Designer to own design and shape the product’s direction. You will partner with an experienced remote designer in a small, growing function and help set the standards for the future of the product.

You’ll report to the Head of Product & Technology, and your role blends product design with occasional branding work as the company undergoes a rebrand and platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Shipped consumer-facing design with strong visual quality.
• Able to tackle complex product systems and convey them clearly.
• Experience with startup/scale-up environments preferred.
• Prototyping and user testing with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own Maeve: AI planner interaction and trust in UI.
• Own portfolio value tracker: real-time pricing signals and insight.
• Own core product: equity planning tools and financing flows.
• Lead rebrand implementation across product surfaces and design system.
• Define design operations as the team grows.
