Job summary

Secfi is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Designer in Amsterdam to own design at Secfi. You’ll be the second designer, partnering with an existing remote designer, and shape a founding-level design space.

You’ll report to the Head of Product & Tech and influence the product and branding together. This role is roughly 90% product design and 10% branding, focusing on equity planning tools, onboarding, and the forthcoming rebrand.

Qualifications

• Shipped consumer-facing products with strong design quality.
• Ability to prototype and test designs end-to-end.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern design workflows.
• Fluent English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Maeve: the AI planner interface and its trust-building interactions.
• Develop the portfolio value tracker with real-time pricing signals and insights.
• Own core product features: equity planning tools and onboarding flows.
• Lead the rebrand execution and downstream design system updates.
