Job summary
Secfi in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Manager to own a large, complex scope around Maeve, our AI-powered financial planning platform. You’ll own the core equity planning tools, guide discovery, define specs, ship with cross-functional teams, and push for high-velocity delivery in a fast-growing fintech that doubles revenue yearly.
Location: Amsterdam, three days a week, with visa sponsorship and relocation support for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Senior product experience with real scope and shipping customer-facing products.
- Experience in unstructured, high-ownership environments in startups or fast-moving teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with probabilistic problems.
- Proven high performance across notable roles or achievements.
- Interest or background in AI-forward product development.
Responsibilities
- Own Maeve and our AI products, shaping next capabilities and surfaces.
- Lead the core product: equity planning tools and onboarding flows.
- Drive real discovery: interviews, research and data-informed opinions.
- Write clear specs and partner daily with design/engineering to ship.
- Maintain pace and balance incremental and transformational work.
