GoodHabitz in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the learner experience. You will own the surface where learning actually happens—the most visible product in the company—and influence how learners engage and return every week.

You will own onboarding, what is offered next, how it arrives, and what we learn from it. You will partner with educational designers to compose a path for one person on one day, across devices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping personalisation, routing or recommendation work.
• Experience with B2B2C products or consumer habit-formation products.
• Comfort working on an established platform with revenue and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the learner surface end-to-end: onboarding, next-offer, delivery, and learnings.
• Move from a browsable catalogue to a product that pays attention via personalisation.
• Partner with educational designers to shape how content reaches one person.
• Own the measurement for weekly active learners and set targets.
• Treat mobile as a first-class consideration and decide between native vs lightweight experiences.
• Draw on a single library of content (studio, customer, and on-demand) to tailor surfaces.
