GoodHabitz International in Amsterdam seeks a product-focused platform leader to orchestrate content services, tenancy, and the multi-tenant architecture that enables our learner and admin surfaces to grow.

You will work across security, data residency, and cost per tenant, sequencing platform migrations while balancing revenue impact and customer outcomes.

The role requires writing clear decisions and engaging with senior engineers and security specialists in a fast-moving, European team.

Qualifications

• Experience with content management as a product, e.g. CMS, DAM, headless content platform or structured content system.
• Experience owning platform or infrastructure adjacent product where success was measured by what other teams could build.
• Read architecture proposals, ask clarifying questions, and distinguish researched vs fluent answers.
• Ability to engage with senior engineers, infrastructure engineers, and security specialists.
• Think in seams: contracts between systems, and reversible decisions.
• Ability to sequence platform modernization to balance historic data with growth.
• Able to write clear decisions, tradeoffs and reasoning for engineers and executives.
• Nice to have: depth in AI/personalisation or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the content services surface dependencies, APIs, delivery path including CDN, video, and storage.
• Own the structural contract: how content is stored, versioned and served for different customers.
• Own multi-tenant separation and tenancy model ownership.
• Own access, entitlements and data residency considerations.
• Own performance and cost per tenant.
• Carry a migration of a legacy content tool while the current system continues to earn.
• Own non-functional questions that appear in deals, especially security and compliance review.
