GoodHabitz International is expanding a team building a learner-facing platform that personalises learning at scale. You will own the learner surface end-to-end—from onboarding to what is offered next and how it lands on every device.

You will collaborate with educational designers to shape paths for one person on one day, drawing on a library of studio content and customer content, while measuring weekly active learners and growth.

Qualifications

• This role requires track record owning either a B2B2C product or consumer habit-formation product.
• Evidence shipping personalisation, routing or recommendation work that measurably changes behaviour.
• Comfort on a platform with real history, able to build new while old earns revenue.
• You gather input and then decide, with clear reasons for exclusions.
• Experience working in the open with drafts and visible thinking.
• Genuine interest in how people learn and work with educators.

Responsibilities

• Own the learner surface end to end: onboarding, offers, delivery and learnings.
• Drive personalisation as a scalable product capability across the platform.
• Collaborate with educational designers to shape paths for one person on a specific day.
• Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Define metrics and own weekly active learners targets and progress.
