GoodHabitz International is seeking a product-minded professional to own the learner surface end to end. You will drive personalised paths and measurements to grow weekly active learners while collaborating with educators and engineers.

You will influence how content is surfaced across devices, balancing existing platforms with new experiences, and you will partner with designers to craft one-person journeys that land on the right day and device.

Qualifications

• Track record owning either a B2B2C product or consumer habit-formation product.
• Shipped personalisation, routing or recommendation work that measurably changed behaviour.
• Comfort on a platform with real history and revenue streams.
• Ability to gather input and make clear, justified decisions.
• Experience working in the open with drafts and visible thinking.
• Genuine interest in how people learn, willing to collaborate with education-focused teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the learner surface end to end: onboarding, what is offered next, delivery, and learnings.
• Move from a catalogue to a personalised product paying attention to country, industry, company size and individual users.
• Collaborate with educational designers to shape paths that reach one person on one specific day and device.
• Own the measurement to drive weekly active learners, setting targets with the team.
• Treat mobile as a first-class consideration, evaluating native vs light-weight clients.
• Harmonise content from studio, customer-created, and on-the-spot content to surface appropriately.
