HousingAnywhere Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define how users discover homes—fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human—and collaborate with product, engineering, data science and research to turn insights into the product.

You’ll lead discovery through launch, shape design systems, and contribute to our design principles. The role offers a hybrid Rotterdam office setup, plus the flexibility to work remotely for short

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Strong product thinking and problem framing skills.
• Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
• Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products.
• Experience running discovery and validating ideas.
• Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Portfolio showing what you designed and why.

Responsibilities

• Own the Listing & Finding experience and shape the discovery journey.
• Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research as an equal partner.
• Use research, data and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Define success and measure impact of solutions.
• Raise the design quality across the team and contribute to design system.
