Job summary

HousingAnywhere is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will shape how users discover homes abroad—fast, relevant, trustworthy and human.

Work with product, engineering, research and data to turn ambiguity into a product that improves lives. This role is based in Rotterdam with a hybrid policy, and offers a strong design culture and opportunities to influence strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Strong product thinking and problem framing skills.
• Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
• Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products.
• Experience running discovery and validating ideas.
• Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
• A portfolio showing not only what you designed – but why.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term vision for search and discovery experience.
• Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research as an equal partner.
• Use qualitative research, behavioural data and experimentation to make decisions – not opinions.
• Define success, measure impact and continuously improve your solutions.
• Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful design critique, collaboration and craft.
• Contribute to our design principles, design system and the way we build the product.
