HousingAnywhere Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define how users discover homes—fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human—and collaborate with product, engineering, data science and research to turn insights into the product.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human.

You’ll work alongside Product, Engineering, Research and Data to understand problems, challenge assumptions, validate ideas and turn ambiguity into a product that genuinely improves people’s lives.

You’ll have the freedom to influence your team’s strategy, drive discovery and make decisions based on research, experimentation and measurable outcomes.

What you'll own

You’ll become the design owner for one of the most important journeys in our marketplace.

That means you’ll:

• Shape the long-term vision for search & discovery experience.
• Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research as an equal partner.
• Use qualitative research, behavioural data and experimentation to make decisions – not opinions.
• Define success, measure impact and continuously improve your solutions.
• Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful design critique, collaboration and craft.
• Contribute to our design principles, design system and the way we build the product.

• Depending on experience and qualifications, the salary range is €69.600 – €83.500 gross per year (based on 40 hours, including Holiday Allowance).
