Job summary

Vio is seeking a senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for the Search domain, shaping the home, search results, and related experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to deliver high-impact, data-informed design decisions that improve clarity, trust, and conversion.

The role emphasizes deep strategic work, prototyping, and contribution to Atlas, with opportunities to influence across the product and brand experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing large-scale consumer digital products.
• Experience owning the full design process end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio with data-backed impact.
• Fluent in Figma and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end-to-end for the Search domain—from problem definition and research through UX/UI, prototyping, validation, and developer handoff.
• Lead deep strategic and psychological explorations of the product and brand experience.
• Turn business goals, traveler needs, and data into design solutions.
• Design and ship optimisations across the Search experience and prove impact via A/B testing.
• Run user research and turn insights into decisions and metrics.
• Prototype first with benchmarking and feedback before high-fidelity design.
• Contribute to Atlas, our design system, with reusable components.
• Raise the bar on design craft and advocate for user-centered, evidence-led work.
• Use AI to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, and copy/variant exploration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, UX research and content to align direction.
