The Chemours Company in Dordrecht seeks a Senior Process Safety Lead to steer strategic Process Safety Management initiatives across complex facilities in the Netherlands. You will shape the PSM landscape, drive risk-based decisions and coordinate cross-functional teams to uphold the highest safety standards.

Formación

• Minimally 5–10 years of experience in process safety, PSM or high-hazard operations.
• Experience as HAZOP leader and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of PSM systems, asset integrity, relevant standards and regulations.
• Analytical, proactive with strategic risk foresight.

Responsabilidades

• Set up the PSM annual plan and required resources.
• Coordinate HAZOPs, PHA's, LOPA's, JSA's and SIMOPS.
• Lead and facilitate HAZOPs, PHA's, LOPA's, JSA's and SIMOPS.
• Perform consequence analyses and assess engineering designs against safety standards.
• Coordinate the full PSM program and engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic forward-looking risk signaling and action plans.
