Job summary

The Chemours Company in Dordrecht is seeking a Process Operator to monitor and control the complete production process in our Monomers Melts, Elastomers, PTFE, and Power utilities. You will perform technical checks, collaborate with maintenance and engineering, and maintain a strong safety focus on the plant and surroundings.

We value a VAPRO C or B diploma, relevant chemical industry experience, good Dutch and basic English, and a proactive, analytical mindset with a strong safety sense.

Qualifications

• Diploma VAPRO C or B and the ambition to grow to C
• Some years of relevant experience in chemical industry preferred
• High safety awareness and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the complete production process in our plant
• Conduct technical checks in cooperation with maintenance and engineering
• Ensure safety of personnel on site and drive process improvements
• Work in a 5-shift roster including days, evenings and nights
• Communicate with support groups and participate in plant rounds
