Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Associate, Private Wealth to manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures. You will report to the Executive Director and deliver high-quality client service, handling day-to-day administration and onboarding while guiding junior team members in a regulated fiduciary environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in trust and corporate administration.
• Strong knowledge of BVI trusts and corporate structures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
• Guide and supervise junior team members in daily administration.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and proposals for Directors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
