Qualifications
- Pricing experience in professional services or legal sector preferred.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills with advanced Excel; PowerBi is a plus.
- Senior stakeholder influence and advisory capabilities are essential.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate analysis into actionable pricing advice.
- English fluency; Dutch/French is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks, guidelines and governance across the firm.
- Advise Partners and senior lawyers on pricing strategy, matter pricing and fee arrangements.
- Support pitches, RFPs and client negotiations with tailored pricing proposals.
- Drive value-based pricing and AFAs aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Analyze profitability, margins, and budget versus actuals; conduct post-matter reviews.
