Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Field Support Technician for the PR and Marketing Fleet based in Hilversum, Netherlands. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid vehicles, with frequent travel to support sales and marketing events.

You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams and provide exceptional customer-facing service. The position requires a certified automotive technician with EV experience and the ability to travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified automotive technician preferred.
• EV experience advantageous.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments advantageous.
• Ability to travel up to 100% for assignments.
• Strong focus on customer-facing excellence.
• Detail-oriented with quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support, upkeep of marketing and sales vehicles while traveling with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Preparation and repair of Lucid Marketing and Sales vehicles.
• Be prepared to be a travelling technician and to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motor vehicles wherever it is needed.
• Support new market launches and Studio/service center openings.
• Support a fast paced and growing business with expertise as needed.
• Flexible work availability and travel as needed to support Sales and Marketing efforts.
• Enjoy direct customer interaction and support Marketing events as a technician while representing our company.
• Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors.
