Job summary

Li Auto Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for the Netherlands to drive regional sales performance, manage showroom operations, and optimize the customer journey from initial contact to vehicle handover.

You will lead local campaigns, coach showroom staff and coordinate with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure a premium customer experience and timely deliveries. Dutch language skills are highly desirable.

Qualifications

7+ years of solid sales experience in automotive, preferably OEM or major dealer group.
Experience with EVs and modern direct-sales or agency retail models is highly preferred.
Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch is highly desired.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

Own regional sales KPIs including order intake, retail volume, market share and revenue targets for the Netherlands.
Oversee daily sales operations across regional retail locations and showrooms; ensure high standards of sales process execution.
Manage the sales funnel with regional marketing teams to drive showroom traffic and timely follow-up of leads.
Develop and execute localized sales initiatives, test-drive events, and promotional campaigns for the Netherlands.
Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and After-Sales to ensure timely deliveries and quick resolutions of escalations.
