Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale Split Payments. You will own the product lifecycle for split logic across authorization, capture, refunds, and chargebacks, building reliable systems for a growing platform.

You will work with Payments, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Commercial and Operational teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements and define long-term strategy with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or client-facing product roles, preferably B2B in payments/fintech
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
• Analytical, data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate needs into product requirements

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and own vision for Adyen's split payments product
• Translate market opportunities into prioritized roadmaps and success metrics
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for automated split configurations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to align capabilities with business models
• Monitor product metrics and drive continuous optimization for data accuracy and operational efficiency
