Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale its global Banking Networks. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for banking network integrations, partnering with Engineering, Compliance, Risk and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into core product requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or adjacent fintech/financial services roles focused on payments.
• Experience launching and scaling transactional banking products and working with market infrastructures.
• Strong project management, self-starter mentality, and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for global banking networks.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of banking network integrations and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to align product with customer/regulatory needs.
• Mentor and lead junior product managers within the Banking Networks Global team.
