• Support change control, as‑built updates, and progress reporting to clients and senior management.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Data Centre delivery team in Amsterdam. This role leads planning and project controls across pre‑construction and construction phases, ensuring robust scheduling, progress monitoring, and risk management for high‑value projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of baseline and construction programmes.
• Coordinate schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, including subcontractor inputs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Produce 2D/4D visualisations to communicate sequencing and phasing.
• Support change control, as‑built updates, and progress reporting to clients and senior management.
• Mentor junior planners and ensure planning standards are maintained across projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in construction planning, ideally in data centre, high‑tech, or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning software (preferably ASTA Powerproject, Primavera P6, Synchro/4D an advantage).
• Familiarity with UK/EU contract frameworks (NEC, JCT).
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, with relevant planning certifications desirable.
