Job summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Planner with a strong background in complex construction and industrial projects. This role is a key part of the Planning Team, reporting directly to the Project Planning Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, collaborating closely with project stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and resources are effectively aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations are accurate and achievable.
• Provide accurate progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential schedule risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Support the Project Planning Lead in the preparation of regular planning reports and presentations.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-10 years of proven experience in project planning for complex construction and/or industrial projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the Netherlands.
