Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Regional Manager for People Operations (NL) to lead end-to-end People Ops strategy and service delivery for the Netherlands. You will align regional execution with global standards while driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle and Talent Coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership in an international HR/People Operations environment.
• Experience delivering HR services including payroll and compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and SLAs.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define Netherlands People Operations objectives aligned with global strategy.
• Translate global frameworks into regional execution tailored to HQ needs.
• Represent People Operations in regional initiatives and lead NL leadership for HQ population.
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Drive improvements to enhance employee experience and efficiency across operations.
• Monitor data integrity across People systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Oversee Talent Coordination performance, governance, and investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team.
