Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Partnership Manager - Demand in the Netherlands to lead strategic relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio.

You will own partner performance, negotiate revenue terms, and drive revenue growth while ensuring the long-term health of the portfolio. You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations teams to resolve challenges, evaluate new opportunities,

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising, particularly in demand-side operations, SSP partnerships, ad exchanges, publisher monetization, yield management, or partner management.
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic allocation, sellers.json, ads.txt, and Schain.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners, monitoring partner health and revenue contribution.
• Set partner-level revenue targets, track performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to increase net revenue.
• Analyze bid dynamics, supply allocation, QPS alignment, advertising formats, and PMP opportunities to maximize yield.
