Job summary

Empiric is seeking a highly senior Associate Partner for Data & AI Transformation to lead strategic growth across Benelux and Nordics. You will translate technology into business value, advise C‑level stakeholders, and drive new propositions in AI, data platforms and governance.

You will collaborate with agents, architects and engineers to build enduring client relationships, expand the data & AI practice, and shape the future of analytics-driven business.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree is required.
• Significant senior-level experience within consulting, technology consulting or professional services.
• Strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and executive sponsorship.
• Experience with complex Data & AI transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth of Data & AI practice.
• Develop and execute growth and client engagement strategies.
• Build and manage a high-performing Data & AI team across Benelux/Nordics.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs and other executives.
