Job summary

Adyen is hiring a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer, Cellular Connectivity, based in Amsterdam. You will own the technical relationship with connectivity partners across service lifecycles, driving priorities and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner engineering, telecom engineering, or technical account management.
• Strong track record owning external technical relationships and driving commitments.
• Solid understanding of cellular connectivity technologies (LTE/4G/5G, SIM/eSIM, roaming).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with cellular connectivity partners and establish priorities, governance and escalation paths.
• Lead complex connectivity investigations and incidents across terminals, SIM/eSIM platforms and providers.
• Drive RCA and corrective actions, ensure closure and measurable improvements.
• Maintain visibility of issues, risks and partner commitments; prevent blockers on Adyen side.
• Assess provider, network and platform changes; contribute to provider evaluation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial Partnership.
• Identify recurring reliability patterns and translate into structural improvements.
