Jobgether SRL is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to own end-to-end paid acquisition for Google and Meta from the Netherlands. You will scale an established Google Ads account and build Meta campaigns from scratch, using AI tools for research, creatives, and reporting.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership in a fully remote environment to shape acquisition strategy and expand across markets. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong analytical ownership of performance, advanced English proficiency,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50k/month Google Ads spend.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies (ROAS, CPA, Performance Max).
• Proven ability to build a Meta ads account from scratch.
• Understanding of unit economics (margin, LTV, CAC).
• Experience running campaigns for multi-country products.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end paid acquisition across Google and Meta.
• Scale Google Ads to >$100k/month, optimize bidding strategies.
• Build and structure Meta campaigns from scratch and test frameworks.
• Research audiences using first-party data and CRM signals.
• Create AI-assisted creatives and collaborate with designers.
• Manage budgets, bids, and profitability using product economics.
• Design experiments with clear hypotheses and measure results.
• Verify conversion tracking across GA4, GTM, and API.
