Job summary

Stafide is seeking an OT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer with extensive experience to lead the OT connectivity desk and manage critical escalations. The role focuses on OT networking, security, and seamless connectivity across industrial environments.

You will troubleshoot complex OT network issues, coordinate remediation, and oversee secure onboarding of new assets, collaborating with IT, facilities, vendors, and project teams to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional OT networking and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing, and switching knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with industrial networks and OT environments.
• Expertise in OT security, vulnerability management, and incident coordination.
• Experience using Tenable for vulnerability assessment and remediation tracking.
• Knowledge of Secomea remote access and secure connectivity management.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure teams, external vendors, contractors, and facility service providers.
• Understanding of OT asset onboarding and network integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT Connectivity Desk operations and manage escalations.
• Troubleshoot OT network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).
• Manage industrial networks across OT infrastructure and connected building systems.
• Conduct OT vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation.
• Manage remote access solutions and external connectivity for OT.
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, facility, vendors, and project teams.
• Support onboarding of new OT assets and connectivity approvals.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring connectivity and cybersecurity incidents.
• Support project handovers and secure integration of new technology.
• Use ServiceNow for incident tracking, escalation, and documentation.
