Job summary

A2G Consulting, also known as A2G Technologies, is seeking an experienced OT Network & Cybersecurity Technical Lead in Amsterdam. You will manage OT infrastructure, resolve complex connectivity issues, strengthen security, and ensure reliable operations across building technology platforms and connected assets.

Responsibilities include leading the Connectivity Desk, coordinating onboarding of OT assets, conducting vulnerability remediation, and ensuring incident readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong OT networking experience in industrial environments.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing and switching.
• Understanding OT security and industrial connectivity requirements.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation.
• Hands-on with Tenable and Secomea.
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis skills.
• Remote access governance and external connectivity management.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams, facilities and project stakeholders.
• Support project handovers and ensure operational readiness of new OT solutions.
• Monitor recurring connectivity and security issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain incident records, technical documentation and processes in ServiceNow.

Your Profile & DNA:

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in OT networking and industrial network environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Understanding of OT security and industrial connectivity requirements.
• Experience in vulnerability management and remediation.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable and Secomea.
• Strong incident management, connectivity troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of remote access governance and external connectivity management.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443.
• Certifications such as GICSP or CISSP.
• Experience with Octoplant.
• Familiarity with Smart Building technologies and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
