Job summary

FrieslandCampina seeks an IT4OT Network Architect to design, secure, and manage industrial networks supporting ICS, SCADA, and production. You will lead IT/OT convergence across factories, balancing latency, reliability and safety.

You will drive segmentation, industrial wireless, fiber optics, and security deployments, ensuring ISA/IEC 62443 compliance while collaborating with IT, OT and operations teams globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Network Engineering with 3–5 years OT/ICS/SCADA network architecture focus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (CS/IT/EE)
• Certifications such as GICSP, CCNA/CCNP Industrial, ISA/IEC 62443 are a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Develop highly available OT network infrastructures
• Design Layer 2/3 segmentation and industrial wireless solutions
• Implement and manage security measures aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and Purdue Model
• Deploy firewalls, IDS, and ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Monitor and partner with IT/OT teams to align network strategy with operations
