Job summary

Stafide is seeking an experienced OT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer in Amsterdam to lead connectivity desk operations, manage complex escalations, and secure industrial networks across OT infrastructure and connected buildings.

You will coordinate with IT, facilities, vendors, and project teams, conduct vulnerability assessments with Tenable, and ensure secure onboarding of new OT assets, using ServiceNow for incident tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in OT networking or OT cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing and switching.
• Experience with industrial networks and OT asset onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT Connectivity Desk operations and manage complex escalations.
• Troubleshoot OT network connectivity issues and secure OT environments.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Conduct OT vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
• Support onboarding of new OT assets and secure integration.
• Use ServiceNow for incident tracking and operational documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring connectivity incidents.
• Support project handovers and operational readiness.
