Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Senior Manager Engineering to lead Facilities, Utilities and Engineering, shaping long-term strategy and ensuring safe, compliant operations at a GMP manufacturing site.

You will build a high-performing engineering organization, drive capital projects, and collaborate with Site Leadership, Global Engineering and procurement to deliver value and growth for the site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Engineering/Utilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary Facilities & Engineering organization.
• Define and execute the long-term Engineering, Facilities & Utilities strategy.
• Own the reliability, compliance and performance of critical utilities and infrastructure.
• Develop long-term infrastructure, asset lifecycle and capacity plans aligned with the Site Master Plan.
• Provide engineering leadership and governance for capital projects and major infrastructure investments.
• Drive continuous improvement through reliability engineering, modern maintenance practices and digital innovation.
• Lead the continued development of the Engineering organization and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with Site Leadership, Global Engineering, Procurement and key suppliers.
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, ownership and continuous improvement.
