• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with responsibility for site-level operations.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, production KPIs, and performance management.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams within a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to continuous improvement.
